SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS

JANUARY 12, 2007 MEGAVOIP TERMS OF SERVICE AMENDED

• Section 2.1.6 was amended to remove language that referred to the Beta Test period.
• Section 4.6.1 was added to include a $15 reconnect fee when service is disconnected due to charges being denied by your bank or credit card company more than once in a 12 month period.

FEBRUARY 16, 2007 MEGAVOIP TERMS OF SERVICE AMENDED

• Section 4.1 was amended to change the account balance limit between billing cycles from $50 to $25. MegaGate reserves the right to bill at more frequent intervals if the amount due at any time exceeds $25.

SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 MEGAVOIP TERMS OF SERVICE AMENDED

• Section 1.8, Return of Device was removed.
• Sections 1.9 through 1.12 renumbered 1.8 through 1.11.
• Section 4.5 Taxes moved to section 4.4
• Section 4.4 Termination/Discontinuance of Service moved to section 4.5.
• Section 4.6 disconnect fee of $79.99 per device replace fee of $39.99 per line.
• Equipment return requirement was dropped.
• Added Section 4.7.2 Offer Requirements, outlines the requirements of the 14 day Money Back Guarantee.
• Sections 5.1 through 5.5 renumbered to 5.2 through 5.6.
• Section 5.1 now titled Device Warranty, explains the warranty on the MegaVoIP ATA Device.
